I gotta say, the customer support is kinda lacking. I misplaced my user manual during a move. I can't find a PDF of the thing anywhere. This is a very small thing and it should be an easy fix, instead it's becoming a much bigger problem than it needs to be.

I purchased this device to support a LIMINK LK14 dual monitor on a 2023 MacBook Air M2. I chose to power this separately from my M2MBA using a 4-port 200watt supply. A 30watt PD port is adequate for this setup (tdp is about 8 watts with 2x video and ethernet active) Power for my external monitors is provided separately from the 9-in-1 because the usb ports do not pass much power.

The 9-in-1 is rock solid driving 2 HD monitors, and serving up 1Gbps network. It is the most affordable working solution for people with a need for more I/O and want more than 1 additional monitor when limited by a gpu/mobo like the non-pro Apple Silicon MacBooks.

I would buy this again.
