Which devices is this product compatible with?

This product is primarily designed for and officially supports Mac mini (M4 / M4 Pro) models only. Due to differences in structure and port alignment, compatibility and normal operation with other devices (such as non–Mac mini models or other host devices) cannot be guaranteed, so it is not recommended for use with other devices.

Can the UGREEN Mac mini M4 Dock charge mobile devices such as phones or tablets?

No. The downstream USB ports on the UGREEN Mac mini M4 Dock have current-limiting protection, so the available charging current is relatively low. Therefore, it is not recommended for charging mobile devices such as phones or tablets.
