UGREEN Revodok Max Thunderbolt 5 Docking Station

Ive been a long-time Ugreen customer, with my entire Macbook setup powered by ugreen from power adapters to hubs, cables, and drive enclosures. I misunderstood the specs on this unit, immediately requested a return, and shipped it back unopened in the original ugreen shipping package. UPS confirmed it, but its been more than a week with nothing more from Ugreen. No email, no follow-ups, and no refund. The lesson here is dont buy direct - stick with Amazon or someone with customer service as a priority.

This gives me 5 TB ports for my M4 mini. Works great as well. I've had problems getting TB devices to power up properly, have to unplug them to get them to work etc.
This unit has a lot of power and everything booted properly.

Works on my setup.
