NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in the Patriots Game Ticket Giveaway, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
PRIZES & FULFILLMENT
1. Prizes
Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the following prizes will be awarded:
- One (1) winner will receive one (1) Patriots game ticket.
- One (1) winner will receive one (1) signed Patriots jersey.
- Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) small Patriots player stand.
A total of twelve (12) winners will be selected.
2. Winner Notification & Verification
Winners will be notified through UGREEN's official social media account or official email within three (3) days after the winners are selected.
UGREEN is not responsible for failed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, account restrictions, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond UGREEN's reasonable control.
Winners must respond and provide all required information within seven (7) days of notification. Required information may include the winner's full name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.
Failure to respond or provide the required information within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and UGREEN reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
All information submitted by winners for prize fulfillment is final and may not be changed once confirmed.
3. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or substituted for another product.
The signed jersey is provided in a fixed size and cannot be exchanged for a different size, color, or style.
UGREEN will not replace any lost or stolen prizes and is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
PARTICIPATION & ELIGIBILITY
1. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on September 7, 2026, and ends on September 16, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all participation requirements stated in the official UGREEN × Patriots Giveaway post during the Entry Period.
Only entries that fully comply with the official participation requirements will be considered valid.
4. Entry Limitations
Automated and/or third-party entries are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
UGREEN shall not be liable for any issues that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, entries that are late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or otherwise invalid. UGREEN shall have no obligation to notify participants of any such entries.
DISCLAIMERS
By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that New England Patriots LLC, NPS LLC ("NPS"), and the applicable social media platforms are not sponsors of the giveaway and do not endorse or administer the giveaway.
All questions or concerns regarding this giveaway must be directed to UGREEN and not to the Patriots, NPS LLC, or the applicable social media platforms.
By participating, you also release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Patriots, NPS LLC, and the applicable social media platforms from any and all liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
PRIVACY
By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that UGREEN may collect and process personal information necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfill prizes.
Personal information may include, where applicable, your name, social media username, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
Such information will be used only for purposes related to the administration and fulfillment of this giveaway, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
