Prizes & Fulfillment
1）Winner Selection and Notification: Once a tier is unlocked, a prize draw will take place. Winners will be notified within 7 days via official email. UGREEN is not responsible for failed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues. Winners must respond and complete any required information within 7 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 
2）Prize Distribution: UGREEN will contact winners via official email. Depending on the prize, winners may be required to provide their game ID, valid shipping details, and a screenshot of their social media profile as proof of following the required official account. 
3）All participants who sign up on the official UGREEN website will receive Character EXP fodder. No prize draw is required. 
How to redeem
① Log in to Zenless Zone Zero on the America, Asia, Europe, or TW/HK/MO servers and enter your code in-game.
② Claim your rewards from your in-game mailbox. (Note: Mail expires after 30 days)
③ Limited 1 redemption per UID. Redemption codes are valid until 2026/03/31/00:00:01 (UTC+8) and cannot be resold, transferred, or traded.
4）UGREEN will purchase Inter-Knot Memberships and Polychrome through third-party channels.
5）All prizes, both digital and physical, will be fulfilled by February 28.

Participation & Eligibility
1）The Giveaway is open worldwide and void where prohibited by law. Shipping to mainland China is not available. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority in their country or region of residence.
2）Followers refer to the combined increase in followers as a result of the giveaway across all participating social media platforms. The exact platforms included will be clearly listed on the giveaway page.
3）Winners from earlier tiers are still eligible to participate in later draws. However, each participant may win at most once per tier, with a maximum of three wins across all tiers. *UGREEN reserves the right to final interpretation of this event.
