The app cannot detect the mouse after installation?
Follow these steps:
  1. Make sure the mouse is working properly: the power is on and the correct connection channel is selected.
  2. In Bluetooth mode, check whether Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and whether the mouse is connected properly via Bluetooth.
  3. In 2.4G mode, check whether the receiver is connected correctly.
